RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are allowed only once. Any additional exchanges will be at your expense.

Return shipping costs are not covered by our store. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at our expense or issue a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused

It must be in the same condition that you received it

It must be in the original packaging

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care products

How to Request a Return

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items showing obvious signs of use

Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

No Return Policy for Sensitive Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Underwear (panties, bras)

Swimwear

Intimate products

Opened or used cosmetic products

Available Options

Exchange:
If you need another size or model, we can send a replacement. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. You may keep the original item.

Partial Refund:
If you prefer not to keep the item, a partial refund will be issued:

$18–$22 USD for one item

$25–$30 USD for three items

Returns for Opened Products

We accept returns for opened products only in these cases:

Defective or damaged product (contact within 7 days with photos)

Wrong item received

Return Process

Wait for approval before returning the item

Follow the instructions provided

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.

Late Delivery Refunds

Shipping delays may occur due to external factors or international logistics.

Delays under 30 days do not qualify for refunds

After 30 days, you may request a refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

A 10% transaction fee will be deducted for canceled paid orders.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

No refunds will be issued in this case.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer absence during delivery

Failure to collect the package

Reshipping costs will be entirely at the customer's expense.

If the customer refuses to pay return fees and requests a refund:
A $19 processing fee will be deducted.

Please contact us first so we can provide you with the closest return address based on your location worldwide.
